1. Prices stated are non-negotiable and are not inclusive of postage & handling charges, unless otherwise stated.
   
2. This is a temporary website for our products. Due to the nature of the blog, we are unable to give elaborate details on every item that may cause clutter and affect your shopping experience. Should you require any information, do drop us a comment with a return email address or email us at birdsonappletree@gmail.com. We will be glad to assist you in every way we can.
   
3. Please note that some our jewelry are made with real vintage or vintage-inspired chains and charms that may be oxidized overtime or deliberately created to give it that touch of antique imperfection. For products like this, we will always make an effort to provide as much details as we can to the buyer before order confirmation. Please refrain from purchasing if you do not feel comfortable.
   
4. Upon receiving your order, a confirmation email will only be sent to you if the ordered item(s) is available. Otherwise, buyer will be informed via email.
   
5. Standard postage and handling charges applies to all products unless otherwise stated. Please see shipping rates for charges.
   
6. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items that are sent out. We strongly advice our buyers to opt for registered mail.
   
7. We conduct quality control before sending the items out. Hence, all goods sold are not refundable or exchangable.
